There are three different ways to schedule an appointment with me.

1. You can call me directly to schedule an appointment or to ask any questions you may have. You can leave messages for me at either:

2. You can schedule an appointment by sending me an email.

3. You can go to my online scheduler and set up an appointment time right now. Please note, that not all available appointment times are listed. If you do not see a time that works, you are welcome to contact me by phone or email to see if there are any other available times. You can schedule at any of my three offices. Just choose the office you prefer, in the three choices listed below.
